The Christopher Newport Sailing Foundation endeavors to provide the CNU Varsity Sailing Team with the best equipment in order to ensure the team's competitive edge is maintained. However, CNU is unable to fully meet the needs of these sailors without generous outside donations. We are currently trying to raise funds to replace the aging fleet of 420s.

Vessel Donations
The CNSF also accepts donations of private vessels dependent upon the condition, availability of dock space, etc. In exchange for the donation the CNSF will provide the donor with the proper paperwork for a non-profit donation for tax purposes.
The CNSF is currently looking to expand the chase boat fleet for the team. The team requires a heavy weather boat for the wavy conditions that can occur on the James River. Preferably, a center console 18'-20' V-bottom or cathedral hull and a 50hp outboard with or without a trailer.
